Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or otherwise using any part of OrderX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Where the Service is offered on a paid basis, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the plan or agreement under which the Service is provided. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us in writing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeonx Digital Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
